• A signed agreement and deposit are required before project commencement.

• Payments are issued via invoice.

• Final balances must be paid in full before final files or website transfers are delivered.

• Project timelines are dependent on scope and client responsiveness.

• Revisions are limited to those outlined in the selected package or agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing timely feedback

• Supplying necessary content (text, images, brand information)

• Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timelines

Delays in communication may result in timeline adjustments.

5. Portfolio Rights

Designs by Tenaya reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Designs by Tenaya is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or website content.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
